Ursula Trescases

Ursula was born in post-war Germany and immigrated to Canada in the 1970’s. She obtained a BA in Art History from UBC, Vancouver, in 1981. However, personal and family circumstances made it impossible for her to continue in her chosen field of interest for most of her life. It was only after her retirement in 2015 from her position as a librarian and her permanent move to Huntsville that she took up painting again. In her current phase of rediscovering art Ursula likes to experiment with colours, textures, different media, and various subjects.
