Love Notes ~ a mixed media art workshop with Delight Rogers

A sweet and soothing workshop that’s all about cultivating love and nurturing our hearts. This workshop is about self-love and embracing who we are, so that we can show up in the world with our whole heart.
At the beginning of the process we start by writing little love notes to ourselves. This isn’t always easy … but it feels so good! Then we will play with collage and colour to create a joyful painting that radiates with love! This completed art piece will be a daily reminder for you to embrace the whole of who you are, and love yourself unconditionally.
