Dana Aubrey

I have a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications from the Alberta College of Art and Design, and I’ve studied illustration and printmaking at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in Scotland. With over two decades working as a graphic designer and art director in print and user-interface design in Alberta, Ontario, and BC, I left my commercial art career behind to pursue my love for traditional printmaking full-time. In 2016, I set out to assemble a traditional 19th-century letterpress print studio to create small-batch, limited edition letter writing stationery designed with antique artifacts from early 20th-century print houses. My mission is to promote the gift, the art, and the impact of personal correspondence to strengthen human connection.
