4th annual Group of Seven Canoe Mural Project

Artist Gerry Lantaigne will lead a group of six local artists in creating seven original canoe murals inspired by and celebrating the work of Tom Thomson. The murals will be painted outdoors in Downtown Huntsville’s River Mill Park from June 12-17, 2023. Stop by to see their works in progress!
The completed murals will be exhibited for free in the park until fall 2023. After their exhibition, they will be included in future editions of the Algonquin Outfitters Paddle Art Auction, which raises thousands of dollars for Ontario arts and culture organizations.
