Delight is a mixed media artist living in the small village of Burks Falls, where the natural beauty fuels her artistic spirit. She is deeply inspired by the magic of nature and her own imagination. Both her artwork and workshops are enriched with layers of life, heart, and emotion.

Delight is an award-winning artist with certifications in colour therapy and therapeutic art-making, and degrees in both the arts and education. Drawing from her diverse background as a photographer in Toronto’s entertainment industry, archaeology, and outdoor education, her intuitive art style is a fusion of experiences and heartfelt expression.

Mixing traditional painting techniques with abstract components, Delight’s art invites the viewer into a richly coloured world of levity, reality, and daydreams.

Her paintings are textured and multi-layered, evoking soft questions about what might lie beneath the surface. She enjoys the alchemy and magic of using discarded and forgotten items and incorporating them seamlessly into their new artistic life.
