Cherin Harris-Tuck, P.A.C.
Cherin Harris-Tuck is a resident of Muskoka and Simcoe County. She has travelled throughout Ontario for many years and has taught using art as therapy within and outside of the school system. Art provides the opportunity for the passionate expression of her ideals. The subject matter is drawn from personal experience, appreciation for the environment and a growing appreciation in First Nations philosophy. These interests have steered her towards botanical art and landscapes of natural scenes, working in watercolour, acrylic, graphite and pastel. Her work can be viewed on her website, calendarbynature.com.
Cherin has enjoyed participating in shows and galleries in Toronto, Central and Northern Ontario. She has been on the executive of the Central Ontario Artists Association and The Botanical Artists of Canada. She is currently a member of Fine Art America and has achieved signature status with the Pastel Artists of Canada.
