The Huntsville Art Society is an exciting and active collective with over 140 enthusiastic members sharing their artistic skills and knowledge in a rewarding fellowship. Our member artists work in all types of media.

Membership

The Huntsville Art Society’s members represent a full range of skills, from creative individuals who are just beginning to full-time professional artists. Membership benefits include participation in shows, workshop opportunities, discounts, and a listing in the HAS artists’ directory.

Events

The Huntsville Art Society hosts community art shows, skill-sharing workshops, and other events, held primarily in the Muskoka, Ontario region. We combine the exhibition of our members’ works with fundraising activities, contributing to charities throughout Muskoka.

Artist Directory

The Huntsville Art Society includes members working in a variety of media: paint, ink, graphite, textiles, photography, film, jewellery, sculpture, pottery, wood, and printmaking.

Artist Opportunities

HAS offers regular workshop opportunities, as well as the opportunity to display work in the Partners Hall Gallery at the beautiful Algonquin Theatre in downtown Huntsville and via other community partnerships.

Encouraging creativity and ongoing learning through networking and collegiality and facilitating opportunities for the promotion and growth of visual and functional arts in the community.
