DESCRIPTION:“You yourself\, as much as anybody in the entire universe\, deserve your love and affection.” — BUDDHA \nA sweet and soothing workshop that’s all about cultivating love and nurturing our hearts. This workshop is about self-love and embracing who we are\, so that we can show up in the world with our whole heart. \nAt the beginning of the process we start by writing little love notes to ourselves. This isn’t always easy … but it feels so good! Then we will play with collage and colour to create a joyful painting that radiates with love! This completed art piece will be a daily reminder for you to embrace the whole of who you are\, and love yourself unconditionally. \nCreativity\, community\, and wellness come together in a welcoming space for both beginners and seasoned creators! Come to experience the joy of playful art making. All supplies provided by the studio. Space is limited\, sign up today here. \nThere are two workshops to choose from:\nSunday\, February 4\, 1-3 p.m.\nTuesday\, February 13\, 6-8 p.m. \nCost: $75.00
