Janell Penner

Hi there! My name is Janell Penner, and I’m a self-taught artist currently living in Huntsville, ON. I’ve been creating art since I was old enough to hold a crayon. I’ve worked with many different mediums throughout my creative journey including acrylic, oil, coloured pencils, and clay. In the past year or so, I have focused my energy on mastering pen and ink, taking classes through More Than Just Art Inc. here in Huntsville. I am now shifting my focus back to colour media, starting with watercolours! I love trying new mediums, learning new skills, and challenging myself as an artist!

While I am a new and emerging artist in the Muskoka area, I am driven to achieve my goals of creating engaging pieces that resonate with the community. I find so much inspiration in the natural environment around me, and I hope that my work connects with you!
